I am very new to the faxage business. I greatly enjoyed there accountability and reliability when it came to porting my fax # from another company over to their company. The process was not difficult and they kept me informed with each step that was done to complete my process. I really appreciate the great customer service.

I've used several electronic fax services in the past and Faxage is by far my favorite. Before Faxage, our fax systems were plagued with outages and systems issues at least one a month and generally more frequently. We switched to Faxage in 2010 and have **never** experienced a single system outage. Never. It would be nice if Faxage's system included bulk-download and bulk file handling ability but I hired a programmer using their specifications. Our patchwork program is still working two years and thousands of faxes later. Economical and Reliable. Fantastic.
