FAXAGE Review: Using my old fax machine for a boat anchor!

So far this has been a game-changer for my business! I was overwhelmed with incoming faxes. My fax machine would jam or the ink would run out in the middle of a transmission. I tried a different eFax service and the customer service was terrible, I couldn't even get signed up! FaxAge was great from the beginning. The customer service representative explained how the process worked and set me up in minutes. I have call forwarding, so I just forwarded my fax number to the new FaxAge number, so I didn't even have to tell my clients to use a new number. Seamless transition. Now my faxes are nice and neat and stored in "files" I was able to create. The price is very reasonable and worth every penny!

Finally a reliable fax service for us small businesses who do not need to send or receive a lot of faxes. I send very few faxes - only a few every 6 months - so I was tired of paying for a monthly service that I didn't need (and would just get junk faxes!). I have sent two 1-page faxes that sent immediately, and I received one back with no problem. The overall cost is very little, which is what I was after. The interface is intuitive - just create your document and add it as an attachment. I have not yet used the cover page option, but like that it's there. I have had the service for several months. Let me start off by saying that the customer support is fantastic. They have been very helpful and respond quickly. As a small business owner that only needs to send/receive a few faxes a month the price point and quality of service are impeccable. Keep in mind, we have not even had this for a month yet, so reliability is only good for that time. The only feature we use is faxing and we are happy with that. Ease of use is truly easy. Customer support was used just trying to get set up, which was a little frustrating, but we got it handled. Satisfaction is true, because I have only had one fax that I had to resend in two weeks. They stay in the queue until they are able to send. Our old faxing was frustrating, because we couldn't send our patient notes more than one every five minutes. Also, we can send to a couple places with this, where our old faxing used to kick them out every time.
