Our Story
In 2002, our founders were engaged in developing an electronic document management solution for mid-sized wholesale mortgage lending firms. One of the requirements was to integrate electronic FAX capabilities into the system. After performing an exhaustive search for a FAX service provider, the founders discovered that the Internet FAX industry only appeared to be interested in servicing very large corporations in the business-class service space. The nature of the industry was such that companies needing service really couldn't get favorable pricing or the level of service they would need.
In response, we decided to build our own capabilities specifically tied to providing business-class service at a reasonable cost. Once a reliable system that could be operated at reasonable cost was in place, it was natural to fill the void that we had discovered. The FAXAGE system was born from these efforts.
In a nutshell, FAXAGE represents the culmination of many years of effort in building a network with the required quality to support high-speed, reliable fax transmissions while holding the cost structure to a level that makes our service more cost-effective than doing it yourself.
Our Company
FAXAGE is owned and operated by EC Data Systems, Inc., an Application Service Provider holding company located in Denver, Colorado. Since 2002, EC Data Systems has been building quality, reliable solutions through our excellence in systems, databases, networks and telecommunications technology.
