Faxage has been a really straightforward and simple fax solution for my business. I've sent a few faxes so far with no issues whatsoever. It is fast and efficient, and I can opt to get updates so I have peace of mind that my documents got where they were going to. I appreciate Faxage offers HIPAA compliant fax services with every plan, so I can scale it for my small business needs. There are no frills but it is very easy to use and support has reached out a few times to check in since I started using their service, which I appreciate. The only thing I could think to add is a little bit more of a UI, but honestly if it's between that and the very affordable prices, I would choose to keep the prices as is - very reasonable for my needs.
