When I started my solo practice as a therapist, I wasn't sure I would need a fax service. When I found myself in rather urgent need, I did my very-quick research and made a decision to go with a different company. What a disaster! No overseas customer service that is unclear and has no accountability. Lately it seems nothing works well but Faxage hit it out of the park just by doing what they said they would do and making it easy.
