Internet Fax Plans for Businesses
Business plans are designed for moderate to heavy fax use in Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) and Small and Medium Business (SMB) scenarios. All of our accounts have access to the same business grade system, features and support.
A Business plan can be suitable either for higher volume personal use or for business use. Generally, if you fax 600-2000 minutes per month, a Business plan will be the best deal for you.
Business Fax Plan Highlights
- For heavy inbound - We recommend our Unlimited Inbound plan. At $19.95 per month, you receive your choice of a local fax number and can receive unlimited faxes each month. If rollover is needed for more than one call coming in to your number at the same time, additional lines can be purchased on this plan for $19.95 per month each. Sending faxes costs 5 cents a minute on this plan.
- For balanced use - We recommend our Small Office plan. At $29.95 per month, you receive your choice of a local fax number, unlimited incoming faxes, plus 400 minutes of outgoing faxing each month included. If rollover is needed for more than one call coming in to your number at the same time, additional lines can be purchased on this plan for $29.95 per month each. Each additional line also gives you an additional 400 minutes of outgoing faxing with the Small Office plan. If you go over the 400 minutes of outbound faxing, our low 5 cent a minute overage rate applies.
- For the best toll-free value - We recommend our Toll-Free 1500 plan. At $19.95 per month, you receive your choice of a toll-free fax number, plus 750 minutes of incoming and 750 minutes of outgoing faxing each month. This plan is 'never busy', which means multiple people can call at the same time and all calls will be answered. If you go over the included minutes, our low 5 cent a minute overage rate applies.
- All of our Business fax plans are month-to-month and billed in arrears. This means you never pay for something you don't get or end up stuck with an annual contract or commitment.
- Business plans support all the same great features as our other plans - Including access for unlimited email addresses, unlimited online fax storage and industry-leading security options.
- All of the features of our system, including email fax, online fax and API faxing are fully available with our Business plans.
